Timing

Timeframes are estimates in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) and start once payment is confirmed. Mixed orders may ship together when all items are available unless you ask to split them. [PLACEHOLDER: carrier, service level, cold-pack policy]

Packaging and delivery

Orders ship in plain, protective packaging. Risk of loss passes to you on pickup, local handoff, or delivery to the carrier. [PLACEHOLDER: signature-required option and leave-at-door policy]

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not shown delivery within 7 days of the estimate, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will open a carrier claim. Parcels marked delivered to the address provided are not our responsibility, unless the attorney-approved policy says otherwise [PLACEHOLDER]. Fraudulent claims may lead to refusal of future orders.

Restrictions

We ship within the United States only and may decline shipping to locations where products are restricted. [PLACEHOLDER: list of excluded states/territories]
