Sealed, unopened items only

Because of the nature of research materials, we can only accept returns of items in their original, sealed, unopened and undamaged condition, reported within [PLACEHOLDER: 7] days of delivery or pickup. Opened, used, altered or improperly stored items, and items with a broken seal, are not returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report items damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, with your order reference and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will replace the item or refund it at our discretion. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible (crypto refunds are sent in the same asset to a wallet you confirm, at the USD value paid; network fees may be deducted), within [PLACEHOLDER: 10] business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cancellations

Order requests can be cancelled free of charge before payment. After payment, cancellation is possible until the order ships or is handed off. Unpaid reservations lapse after 24 hours.
