What we collect

  • Order and Monthly Box forms: name, email, phone, requested products and quantities, estimated totals and discounts, fulfillment choice, delivery or shipping address, payment-method preference, notes, and your attestations (with timestamps and policy version).
  • Email signup: your email address.
  • Technical data: IP address, approximate country and browser information, processed by our host (Cloudflare) for security and delivery and attached to requests to help prevent fraud.
  • Payments: we do not process cards. For crypto we may keep transaction IDs and wallet addresses used to pay; for Cash App/Zelle, the sender name/handle shown on the transfer.

How we use it

To review and fulfil requests, send payment requests and shipping updates, manage subscriptions, verify research-use attestations, prevent fraud and abuse, send the emails you signed up for, and meet legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who receives it

Only service providers needed to operate: our host (Cloudflare), the notification/email service that delivers form submissions to us [PLACEHOLDER: provider], shipping carriers, and authorities when legally required.

Retention and your choices
